In July 2022 the Joint Committee on Human Rights published its report into Human Rights in Care Settings, following an inquiry running since September 2021. The author produces a summary, although strongly recommends reading the underlying report for the full detail (full disclosure, they were the specialist adviser to the Committee for its inquiry)
